The adaptation resonates from a child’s perspective about a boy who wanted to be an artist, but was imposed with logic, numbers, profession and power, forgetting how to see the world with wonder. The Little Prince reminds us that true value cannot be measured or seen; it can only be felt through love and feeling of joy. Through a young voyager from Asteroid B-612, he traverses the space, to different planets, searching love, friendship, and kindness that can never be seen through eyes, and there he saw the eccentric ‘grown-ups’ getting too stressed about money, work, pride and power, as they have forgotten, how to dream and to appreciate the nature around! The play is truly an exploration of the human soul and the invisible threads that connect us to one another. The play reminds us to always keep the child inside us alive that stays curious, imaginative, kind and who never stops wondering about the world he is in.
